Provenance Land and Four Seasons Hotels &Resorts have unveiled the ‘The Residence’ – vignettes of the apartments at the Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, India’s first-ever hotel branded and serviced homes. This iconic property, a haven of luxury, design, exclusivity, privacy, and personalised service is crafted by some of the finest creative and technical talents from across the world, and will be revealed to a discerning audience through a series of launch events.
At Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, while the apartments are delivered fully-fitted out, there is no end to customisations. Foregoing the hassle and challenges of doing up an entire home by starting with a very high quality base, the buyers will have the option to cherry-pick from a highly curated pre-defined haute list such as Yabu Pushelberg-specified colour palettes, a range of flooring among a whole host of other design elements. At ‘The Residence’, vignettes or representations of spaces from available configurations will be recreated to give prospective buyers a sense of space and quality/type/finish of materials that will be a part of their homes.
Designed by the award-winning architects at the American design firm, Gensler (also responsible for the stunning Shanghai Tower), each apartment is designed with the ethos of bungalow-living, with impeccable interiors crafted by Yabu Pushelberg from New York, where bespoke elegance and plush space will take on a new meaning. And on the outfront, Bangkok’s landscape architecture studio, P Landscape has designed the serene private gardens around the tower.

· Bec Brittain: This New York-based lighting artist has custom designed her acclaimed handcrafted Maxhedron and Shy Chandelier Series for the kitchen and dining rooms.
· Eggersmann: The show kitchens features a monolith graphite brown marble island counter and ceiling high satin bronze cabinetry with built in coffee machines and wine chillers, designed by this boutique kitchen maker from Germany
Lefroy Brooks and Apaiser: Custom designed Lefroy Brooks fittings will add a touch of modernity to the over sized marble clad master bathroom, while the master bath also features a stone sculpted bath tub by Apaiser, Australia.
· Marbles such as Calacatta Michelangelo and Palisandro Bluette and warm ash grey oak hardwood floors are the order of the day in these apartments.
· Contemporary art: at ‘The Residence’ has been meticulously curated by Shireen Gandhy, Director of Chemould Prescott Road, one of India’s oldest galleries specialising in contemporary Indian art.
